Lucky99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest error in odds has occurred; (b) the event to which the bet relates did not take place as scheduled and was not completed within 12 hours of the scheduled start; (c) fraudulent activity or match-fixing is suspected; or (d) the bet was placed by a restricted or duplicate account. Voided bets are refunded at stake value.
Lucky99 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across all sports betting products. Specific maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant product section. Lucky99 is not liable to pay any amount exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.
All casino games and virtual sports products at lucky99 — including roulette, live dealer tables and all virtual sports simulations — operate on independently certified RNG (random number generator) engines. Results are determined by mathematically random processes and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any player or by lucky99.
